We are able to undertake all types of furniture restoration both traditional and modern, specialising in 18th - 19th Century furniture.

We have an extensive collection of period timber for matching repairs and use traditional hide glue for furniture conservation.

Veneering

We cover all aspects of veneering such as banding, inlay, patches, splits and blisters.

Turning

We can match existing or reproduce any bespoke turning pattern required.

Carving

Reproduce carving to match missing areas on furniture, picture frames and mirror frames.

Gilding

Restoration and conservation of gilded furniture and frames undertaken in our workshop.

Antiquing

Distressing, ageing (from new to look Antique) in various materials and finishes.

Leather linings

We can supply, fit and add plain or gold tooling to leather tops in a range of colours in leather hide and skiver.
